The Digital Learning team has created a simple, accessible Canvas shell for you to copy and use for your own courses.

1. The template can be accessed in Canvas Commons. The Canvas Commons button is on the leftmost vertical Canvas menu bar, one button above "Help" and one button below "My Media."
2. Once in Canvas Commons, search up "Accessible Course Template" in the search field. Our template will be the first result.
3. After selecting "Accessible Course Template," then select the "Import/Download" button on the right-hand side of the screen to either import the template into a new, empty course or sandbox shell (not an existing course!) or download the template as a zip file.
